My Gorgeous double layered pettiskirts are made of meters and meters of super soft nylon chiffon and satin. They have a satin covered elastic waistband and satin ribbon at the waist. The waist is fully adjustable so this allows you choose the size and how long your princess will wear it for. The top is 100% cotton.
