Shipping info and to order items

Australia post are experiencing significant domestic and international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. 

I know delays can be frustrating but if you want an update on your delivery please call or email me. Thank you for your patience.

 

I give a processing time of approximately 2-6 weeks for items that I make to order. If your item is sourced from overseas it may take longer due to covid 19. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number. Please understand that there can be delays out of my control which can ultimately delay your order. Although very rare, this can sometimes be the case and I apologise if there is a delay.

*Express Post will not alter "to-order" timeframes if your order contains a to-order item.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be issued. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website. 

Rush orders are available but please message me first so I can check dates and make sure it's possible in your time frame. Additional postage fees may apply for express orders.

Please understand that when your order status is "fulfilled", your parcel is prepared to leave. Upon receiving a fulfilment status, we can no longer adjust or alter your order in any way. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. All items are shipped from Coomera, Queensland, 4209.

Tracking information is not considered a courier service, nor is it a means of insurance but may help us assist Australia Post in locating late or missing items. 

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post. 

*Please note postage costs are non-refundable. 

If you fail to collect your parcel or return your order with "Return to Sender" noted on your parcel, you will receive an Online Credit Note for the value of your order less a $25 fee as this is how much Australia Post/Couriers charge for parcels returned to me this way. Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional re-postage costs.

*Orders that contain both in stock and to-order items will be shipped together once the to-order item/s have arrived.
