Please read the descriptions of all items before proceeding with your order as some of my products are PRE-ORDER & will incur a 2-6 week wait time.
In stock and preorder items that have been ordered under one transaction, along with one shipping payment, will be sent together when your preorder items are available. You may opt to part ship your order if you have a mix of preorder & in-stock items, please contact me at itsybitsyprincessbowtique@live.com.au to arrange additional postage. Alternatively, if you would like your items shipped separately, please check out separately & pay two postage fees.
PLEASE NOTE - Delays out of our control may cause your order to be longer than 2-6 weeks. If your pre-order is taking longer than the quoted timeframe I will aim to email you & advise you of the delays. Please be sure to incorporate the 2-6 week wait time in the size you have chosen. We may not have the stock available to change sizes if your child outgrows your selected size in 2-6 weeks.
We give an approximate processing time of between 2-6 weeks. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number.
We cannot offer a change of size/refund or store credit if you simply fail to read the pre-order wait times, so please order your sizes accordingly.
For your convenience, we offer three payment methods at check out:

3. Afterpay - BUY NOW, Pay over 4 Interest-Free Installments
We do not under any circumstances offer a refund on products purchased through Afterpay. Any returns/faulty products purchased through Afterpay will be issued as a store credit ONLY.
A cancellation fee of $10 applies for ALL order cancellations.
I aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, however during busy periods this may be longer. Please contact me if you require your item by a certain date, so we can let you know if it will arrive on time.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your order and I will happily arrange an exchange or store credit. If you wish to exchange your items must be unworn, unused and returned within 14 days of purchase. Itsy Bitsy Princess Bowtique reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will be issued with a store credit.
On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a ( $10.00 ) cancellation fee will apply. This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.
We do not accept a change of mind returns for sale items - This includes fit.
