The tutu is made with yards of polyester chiffon and is trimmed with beautiful satin ribbon around the bottom and a satin bow. It is then sewn at the waistband for added quality and durability so it will not come untied. The tutus waistband is stretchy elastic for added comfort and growth. I would recommend wearing something underneath like leggings or bloomers. Perfect for a Minnie or Ladybug cakesmash costume.
