My Pettiskirts are all double layered and made of a super soft chiffon. They have satin covered elastic adjustable button waistbands, which allows to fit many waist sizes. Finished with a gorgeous satin ribbon bow at the waist.  Made of lightweight material so your little princess will simply feel comfortable on it!
